sounds like you need more negative camber.

you sure it's not a problem with the nut behind the wheel?  throwing
the car into corners will result in a lot of understeer and outer edge
wear.  i drive my 4000lb. audi sedan differently from my spec miata.
going into corners too fast will result in tire-grinding understeer.
instead, go in slow, and use the throttle to make the rear tires work 
harder.  slow in, fast out.

for alignments, the best place around is custom alignment in mountain view.
but any tire shop with an alignment rack should be able to do the job.
i always ask to see the numbers from the alignment rack, and make sure
they're within spec.  firestone of mountain view does alignments, and
it's right next to dittmer's, the best (maybe the only?) german sausage-haus
around.  dittmer's is a popular place for car folk of various stripes to
meet for lunch.
