Lee:  I resent the "Darwin Award" shot.  The incline was barely there
and the "surfing the bumper"  technique worked great - just as if I had
done it a hundred times (that was the one and only time).  If you want
to give out awards, give one to yourself for waiting 3 hrs for AAA
because you didn't try to spin the rotor back into alignment with the
bolt holes.  (I know - it was a rear wheel and you had the ebrake on and
the sun was in your eyes).
