[s-cars] Wastegate spring tightening

There's some loctite in there.  It's hard to turn unless you remove it
via torch, etc.

I have the MTM+1 software and I want to tighten down the wastegate 
screw.  I popped the cap off the wastegate.  I try the 6mm hex wrench 
and it moves, but I feel like I'm going to bend my wrench turning it.  
Is it supposed to be this hard to turn?  How many turns and it which 
direction should I turn it from the factory setting?
