[s-cars] rear sunroof drains

Is your sub-panel still attached? It's the piece which slides along
behind the sunroof panel and is attached at the rear hinge points. The
pot metal hinge pieces are prone to breaking which "orphans" this
sub-panel somewhere in the cavity between your headliner and the roof
metal.
Ours isn't and when it's not in the correct position, we have the same
rain problem.
