[s-cars] Nokian Hakkapeliitta 2 - thoughts?

Nokian RSI unless you must have studded tires. They are the successor
to the Hakka Q and the Q was tested to have superior ice performance
over a bunch of studded snows and much better performance on wet or
dry roads w/ little snow (studs get really squirrely).
