[s-cars] Coil Options

Cody,

I am using a #6 hotside; jet hot coated RS2 to be specific. The K27 is a 7200 from a 930 turbo.

I got a samco airbox to turbo compressor hose from 2Bennett; only cost me my first born.

The stock oil and coolant lines work, but you will need a spacer to hook up the oil line. I used a garrett turbo style oil line adaptor and longer bolts ... fits like a glove.

Full boost (25psi at 5000ft) hits at around 3800 (jet hot, extrude honed IA RS2 EM, stebro exhaust with 2.5" outlet). Most beat me off the line, but I capture them and pass by second gear ... then don't look back. Boost holds until redline.

The next antilag plan involves a TJM K-valve (test the premise), wastegate creep control via autospeed, then 2Bennett 3" downtube. Hope my kid doesn't need braces.

Todd

  Hey Todd,
Doesn't answer your question..but I noticed you are running a
K26/K27 turbo? Gary Lewis is sending me his that I bought off of him
for rebuild. Which hot-side are you running? #6 or #8? What did you
use as your intake hose from your airbox (if it even fits) to the
Inducer? Oil and coolant lines bolt right up?

How laggy is laggy? On my ITS RS2 Comp I don't get full boost till
  around 4K

  Thx

  cp

  S-lister,

Has anyone attempted to graft current model coil pack into an AAN yet?
Good thing, bad thing, or endless laments...
