almost 100% certainty.

the only lights that go out are the headlights, they turn off when the car
is turned off too.  the parking lights and the dash lights were still on,
rpm and mph gauge drop to zero.  no indicator lights come on at all except
the abs light that flashed before it stalled.  And yes, when I pulled off
the road and restarted there was no problem.  this has happend twice and
both times the car was turned off for 5-10 minutes then driven 1 minute and
stalled.  I can turn my key back a little to a resting point after starting,
when I start it and leave the key it does not turn back at all by itself I
do not think.
