[s-cars] Mihnea Cotet

[Richard Tanimura]

Just for the record, a lot of us have posted "Where is Mihnea" posts
both in the US and in Europe. The guy is extremely busy and travels
all over Europe tuning cars. He also gets more email than most of us
so don't get jittery out there. He always responds sooner or later.
