[s-cars] Tie Rods and IR key problem

This is what I did to get the sucker apart. Pop the tie rod end out of the
strut, then using a rather large pipe wrench, remove the outer tie rod half
(loosen lock nuts first of course). Then carefully use the pipe wrench to
remove the adjuster bolt. Clean up the threads, put antiseize on them and
reassemble. Alignment tech should now be able to turn the adjuster with his
fingers. My S4 has 188k miles and I've never replaced either.
