[s-cars] Front brake upgrade questions

if anybody's looking, i have a set of front brakes (calipers, rotors, pads)
that i took off my '92 S4.  the rotors and pads came from hoppen motorsport,
and are slotted ATE or zimmerman (don't remember which).

the rotors and pads are in good shape with lots of meat left on them.  the
calipers were fine when i took them off.

i hung on to the parts after installing brembo front brakes, thinking i
might want to put the stock parts back if i sold the car someday, but i'm
not so sure i'd go to all the effort anyway.
