[s-cars] Tire recommendations?

I need to replace all 4 tires on the 95.5 S6 Avant.  I am looking for a 
tire with some snow capabilities for an occasional couple of inches (I 
have snow tires but don't want to install them until I have to).  I am 
willing to give up a little bit of grip for low road noise as it is fun 
to slide a bit now and then.  Please let me know what tires you like 
and the sizes you are using.
