Ah, Mark you have a true rarity if it is in fact a perfectly circular
hole..... 
The perfect circle, often aspired to, very difficult to obtain. 

OTOH, I believe Cody Payne may be able to give us some good pointers on
making holes in a Stromrung downpipe.  Cody, are the rumors true you're
working with Stromrung on a 4th generation design with a scatter shield
welded in?
