[s-cars] @ 16psi ECU is going into Safe Mode. Norm max 21....

Sounds like a previous problem I had, one of the wires to the plugs had a 
split in it.
Under high boost the spark would arc to the head instead of the plug.
The ECU never entered limp home mode that I was aware of.
