I had tightened the wastegate spring down two turns but I had backed it off thinking that might be part of the problems, no results from doing so.  Even though I took all the hoses off and inspected them to the best of my ability I'm thinking you are all correct and its the michelin man hose that has gone bad, the ring supports make it very difficult to see small cracks.  Also, I feel like I'm hearing more shoosh than normal, its almost loud, I havent had the car that long but when I first got it I can't recall it being anywhere near that loud.  I made the pvc cap end with a tire valve so I am going to do that next, as soon as I can get my hands on a compressor.  Thanks for all your help.  Emmett
