Fred,

So I've heard. Since most of the non-projector beams have
the fairly standard Euro 15 to 30 degree kick up, I figured
having a fixed mask is perfectly adequate. Seems lister "A (Alvin)
Ma" has BTDT and hasn't had any adverse effects (like other
drivers jumping out and sledging his headlights). May not have
the versatility of the movable mask, but especially if you can
wire the low beams so that they can be turned off if you need
fogs, I don't think there will be any issues. If you can't turn off
the low beams, then maybe a less severe angle would be a
reasonable compromise. Being that it's a true projector, the 
projected "image" should be an accurate projection of the
mask, so the measurement of the mask should be easy. Just
don't mess up cutting the mask, or you'll end up clearly looking
at your mistake, everytime you turn on the lights. Thanks for
