Yes, EDL is 95.5 and later only. The 95.5s all had serial numbers in the
121xxx range, which was somewhere past the end of regular '95 production,
i.e. probably 119xxx or 120xxx, and were all built between 7/1/95 and
12/31/95. Had to be built in calendar year 1995 in order for them to be
legally called 95.5s.
