[s-cars] Low boost when engine is warm- please help!

We had the same problem with Brandon's car (84 URQ) early on after the head  
rebuild on his URQ. I swore it was the turbo, and I think I was  vindicated 
when all was said and done. He ended up swapping in a 20 valve  motor. The turbo 
would not spin freely when warmed up and made a nasty sounding  "boost leak 
sound" that sent us on wild goose chases trying to find the  non-existant 
breach in the system.
