[s-cars] Key FOB Still Won't program

Jim,

Thanks Jim, the procedure that Russ described is the 
one for the Bentley that was labelled for the RF (95.5) cars,
and that's the one I tried. Just for "fun", I tried the other (IR)
procedure. Still no luck. Now thinking of things like hammers,
possibly BFHammers. Just don't know which buttons to "hit" 
with it.
