Aaron,

You can get it from any good metric o-ring kit or supplier. From Sean 
Douglas on the 20v.org list (the 20v and urS pumps are internally 
identical and have the same seal rebuild kit):

I don't think you can get this singly from the dealer (only the rebuild 
kit).
