[s-cars] another odd vibration type thing and a brake issue too!

when driving above 40 mph and on right hand turns I get this slight rubbing sound, and feel a very light vibration in the pedals, (I can hear it, rub, rub, rub) don't think I can feel it in the steering wheel though.  (It's kinda like a slightly bent bike wheel that rubs against the brake pad at one point.)  Was only happening when the car was cold, but it is now happening more often.  wheels do not appear to have rubbed against anything, suspension was just done, everything looked good.  happening off and on since last winter/spring
any ideas, could this be similiar to Gabriel's problem?
 
also:
 
only when going very slow and turning and braking. like pulling into a parking spot, forward or reverse, I get a pulsing feeling in the brake pedal, and can here them, I guess it sounds like the abs is being used, why could this be, sensor issue?
