[s-cars] Re: urS4 missing at higher RPMs

Recently had to replace some hoses with the Samco kit due to a tear in one
that the factory issued.  At high RPMs it felt as though I had crammed in
the clutch and the tach kept going.  I never belived that hoses could make
such a difference.
