I played with it today. Seems to be sticky from never being used. I
think I'll be able to fix it.

Gabriel: Oddly enough, although many of the 92 spec US cars, including
those in California, got the rear seat heaters, not many got the rear
sunshade. However, to date, all of the 92 spec Canadian "93" cars that
I have seen had the rear sunshade but not the rear seat heaters (go
figure). As a result, hopefully a Canadian 92 spec car owner can help
you.
If its like a home roller blind, the internal spring gets tired. The
spring can be retensioned by pulling the blind out and then rolling it
up by hand. Maybe this would work for you (if you can get the blind
out).
