[s-cars] Keeping turbo spooled up

Dave,

I doubt it, he said it was something that would KEEP the turbo
spinning.
I highly doubt a different BPV could keep it spinning, plus I already
have the 710n BPV.

I faxed him this morning and will be calling him on the phone shortly,
I relly want to know what he is talking about. It has surprised me that
no one on this list (alot of smart guys) know what he is talking about.
