[s-cars] Keeping turbo spooled up

Indeed, left foot braking doesn't work with the way the DBW features are
programmed in the stock S4tt ECU. These features can though be reprogrammed
so you can do left foot braking, I've done this for a couple of customers
with TTs, S3s and S4tt's already. The ECU actually shuts the throttle
plate when you apply the brakes above a certain engine speed, vehicle speed
and a certain pedal setting.

So it's not it :-)

I still dunno what it is but I'd sure be interested in finding out what
this method is, other than injecting fuel in the exhaust or any other form
of anti-lag system :-)

is that a part off the newer S4s? :)

in fact, i thought you couldn't do it with the drive-by-wire system
found on the biturbo S4. when you hit the brakes, the ECU cuts engine
power.
