Check your fuel pressure regulator.
There is a vacuum / boost line to it and being in the location it is, it see
alot of heat and gets brittle. I had some issues of the same nature with a
bad FPR.
They are not known to go, but if you take some measurements it's easy to
find out if it is with-in sec.

FWIW when my FPR bought it (~ 100k), it manifested as a hard warm / hot
start issue.  Ran fine otherwise.  YMMV, good luck.  If it is it tho, it's
20 seconds and ~ $50...
