If you're looking aftermarket, depending on the look you're going
after, I would recommend the UUC Rob Knob II, at least in aluminum.
The weight of the knob really changes the feel of the shifter, for the
positive in my book.

Because it's aluminum, it can be really cold at first in the winter,
but I haven't had any problems with it in the summer.

The insert is replaceable, you can get the proper pattern for a 6-speed.
