more commonly known as "Yellow Snot", this stuff is pretty amazing
gooey+sticky, great for weatherstrip related tasks.

Also can be found as "Black Snot", make sure you get this rather than
the "Yellow Snot".  Both have a tendency to get all over the place if
you're not carefull, overuse of the "Yellow Snot" can be unsightly. 
(BTDT a few years ago redoing all weatherstripping on my 74 260Z ! )
