And I was going to stay out of this . . . . .

When my stock exhuast became holy, I checked out all of the options.  
New stock. Midas' idea of a new muffler system,  Stromung (sp?) and so 
forth.  All said and done, I found a custom shop (Stan's Headers) in 
Auburn WA who did a downpipe back mandrel bent system with new high flow 
cats and exhaust for less then Stromung and less then stock.  My ears 
are not as happy on long trips (the drone), but my butt dyno found a car 
that's much more lively and responsive (the turbo spools up more 
quickly).   My two cents . . .
