[s-cars] Missing information

Just about has to be the homeland security option, Bill.  PSO's both 
replaced with known good ones.  No change.

New F5DPOR plugs - no change.

No coolant losses.  Replaced head gasket a few months back.

This double spark is only on #2 and #4 cylinder with the coil pack sitting 
on top of the engine and being tested with a variable gap spark 
tester.  Strange behavior.  I'm not sure it necessarily is causing a 
problem as long as the first of the two sparks happens at the correct time.

Tomorrow, if I'm not rassling with Ivan, I'll see about finding which 
cylinder is missing under boot and swapping a new coil for that cylinder.
