Mike,

1. undo the big round 5-pin electric connector to the headlight. Press on the wire
clip and pull it off.

2. insert a long flat screwdriver through the hole in the fender, stick it into
the X-slot on the blinker clip, turn 45° and gently press on it and pry the
locking wedge out. The keyword is "gently". Pull the blinker out and let it hang
up against the fender on the wires.

3. undo the flat screw that holds the long metal piece under the headlight,
through which the spray nozzle protrudes.

4. gently pull the spray nozzle out and unclip its cover from the top, then slide
it off the nozzle in a rotating action as if you're opening a book. The keyword is
"gently".

5. while the nozzle is still out gently pull the flat metal piece in §1 out of the
slot in the fender and off the nozzle. The keyword is "gently".

6. with a long Philips screwdriver undo the two screws under the headlight in its
corners.

7. undo the the two top screws. Don't reverse the §4 and §5, or the headlight will
jam the lower screws.

8. gently pull the headlight out.

As luck would have it, I am smack in the middle of doing the headlights this very
moment. I am on my what, 4th alteration of the headlights now? :)

This time around I am replacing the DOT HID projectors with the Euro HID
projectors and installing the Euro hight adjuster motors in them. A few hours ago
I have won the switch on ebay.de so in the end my the lighting of my car will be
converted to the Euro S6+ spec.
