[s-cars] Sunroof Woes

Last night I was driving home, with my sunroof open.  After I got home, I closed the sunroof and heard a bunch of loud clicking noises coming from where the sunroof motor is.  Then my sunroof did not go all of the way closed til i went halfway into the tilt position on the switch.  Is it possibly the teeth are misaligned with the chain??  I took it apart and tried to reset it, but it still continues to do the same thing.  The motor runs fine when pulled out.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
