[s-cars] Stick Knobs

I was thinking that the S6 shift knobs had wood under the leather as
well.
I have not look at mine yet but if they are wood underneath
then they can be refinished same way.

Only problem with that is- shift pattern is different. Reverse is down
and 
back on the 5k models.
