Thanks for all the responses / opinions (on and off list). And the winner
is dingdingdingding... Domo Oregoto Mr. Rossato...

Tim LeClair of Foreign Auto foreignauto99 at hotmail.com (800) 728-1601 has
Textars for $101 shipped. Schwing, score! Great dude BTW, Mr. '92 UrS and
Mr. 951 x2 he is. Got to love that, best prices and my $ supports another
Gamer.

Textars were my #1 choice based off of others believing the Hawk's eat
rotors quicker, but mostly from Mr. TRW himself, Super Keith Maddock's 7,000
mile 968 Nordscheife endorsement. Can't ask for better testimonial than
that IMO...

Can't wait to try them. Just hoping they arrive before whoops my backing
plates do...

Paul,

I'd advise you to go with the Textars. My kit came w/ the Hawk HPS's and
they squealed like a pig. I tried those Porsche anti-squeal "pucks" and
copper based lube. The lube worked for a day, then the squealing was back
with a vengeance. It wasn't bad in the winter with the windows rolled up,
but once spring came, it was clear I needed a change, they were that loud.

The Textars were quiet for about a month, but they squeal under what I call
medium pedal pressure only. They are by no means as loud and annoying as
the Hawk's, even on their worst day. The Textars provide more dust.

Good luck.
