[s-cars] Console Dieing?

Gents,
	Well my console appears to be slowing dieing.  Originally it was
just the Engine Malfunction LED lights that would work about 50% of
start-up.  Now I have lost that totally, along with the Trip Meter and
clock adjustment knob.  I was going to pull the console this weekend to
check the connections..but wanted to see if there were any BTDT?
