[s-cars] VAG tools 3256 and 2079 for t-belt

The excellent t-belt write-up on the UrS4.com site by Fred Munroe has a
follow-up by Mark Pollan indicating that Blau rents the necessary tools.
Nowhere on the Blau website that I can find is this mentioned. Do they still
do this? If so, how does one get them? Phone and ask? Top secret password?
If Blau no longer does this, does anyone else rent the VAG 3256 brace and
the VAG 2079 spanner? TIA,
