[s-cars] Turn Signal Flasher Relay Location?

I changed out the smoking windshield wiper steering column switch on my '92
S4 and now the da##ed turn signals won't work. I turn the whole thing apart
again to make sure all the connections were solid and nothing. :-(  I
checked the fuses and there's nothing going on there. Everything is working
except the turn signals. I can't believe the switch would go bad all of a
sudden. The same lever controls the cruise control and the bright lights.
Those work fine. The emergency flasher works fine too.
 
So, what the heck is going on? I had the right passenger kick panel off and
the Motronic plastic panel removed to unplug the airbag.
 
I've been looking through all the documentation I have and can't see to
figure out which relay controls the turn signals, hoping that may be loose
or faulty somehow.
 
Your collective, worldly advice appreciated.
