"I tell you THIS much, as strange as this may sound: getting into my
pedestrian 145k 10yr. old beaterpig really didn't feel 'bad' afterward. At
all. Honestly! Weird, and, very telling of the UrS cars methinks. Or it's
just my Freudian way of pacifying meself as one of 'those' ain't in me
future (more likely)."
I would agree. Short of der unobtainium LeMans, the urS can't be beat for
value, functionality, uniqueness, stealthyness, comfort.
Whilst installing nice (Brembo) rotors & new pads on my daughters old
integra on Sunday in my "Performance Center," aka driveway, a new to me
neighbor Joel pulls up in his older red 5xxx bimmer to inquire about S car
avant in the garage. My first reaction is uhm.. "uh oh, whad could I have
done?" Seems he has known about five cylinder turbo S car avants, had
seen/heard me & was inquiring whether mine was for sale. Huh? You gotta be
sh1tting me, I thinks. Nobody knows or thinks about these pigs. Gheeash
next thing ya know officer judy's gonna be watching for us;)
