No, because on your 4kq you also locked the center differential when you locked the rear. At least that's my understanding of the setup. It's a three position switch. First position has both diffs unlocked. Second position locks the center. Third locks rear as well as center. Unless the sequence is the other way around, which wouldn't really make sense, there is no way to lock just the rear diff on the pre-torsen cars.
With regard to the disengagement speed of the rear diff on the UrS4/6, that is 25 kph, not mph, which equates to 15mph.
