[s-cars] NAC - Insurance questions

In the Commonwealth of Taxachusetts, the rates are fixed by the 
state. Fixed and high. And I think the key word is that they are 
*fixed*.

Only redeeming benefit is that they give us glass for free. (Zero 
deductible on all glass).

And I won't say exactly how much my rates will go up when my 14 
year old son gets his license in 16 months, but when I called and 
asked, I swear they asked the following:

"Are you sitting down"


I said "yes"


They said "Stand up please."


I said "Okay, why?"


They said "Now bend over."


"Ouch"
