Hello all, like many other I'm about to ship off my leaky hose to
Spokane but cant seem to find a shipping address on their site. Its
still early over there on the west coast so was wondering if any one
has it laying around.

Also, what else do I need to include when I ship the thing? Any
special instructions or anything? I know they need a phone number
and/or form of payment, but anything else?
