[s-cars] Expected Life of thermostat and/or MFTS

Although both of these beauties were changed two years ago, I just
noticed that my temperature on the highway is only 60 deg C with maybe
75 C around town (as opposed to 90 C normally).  I could be a bad
connection (I'll have a look today) OR the thermostat (done at a dealer
while they had my car captive during a road trip fuel pump failure two
years ago) is stuck open OR the MFTS has failed.  I will check the
coolant temp through the HVAC control unit display.

Anybody replaced thermostat's more than once (on the same Scar?)
