[s-cars] will this 3 spoke sport wheel fit my 93 S4?

Found this link for a write up on installing 3 spoke sport wheels

Now I just need to confirm that this wheel will work and if the airbag
wiring was clipped but the wiring is there whould still work if the
wiring is repaired. Any reason it wouldn't?

Also the write up lists parts needed to do this swap. Is this only if
you are purchasing a new steering wheel?
