[s-cars] Central locking system problems

Well I believe these are known to fail, but it might not be the pump,
but the actual lock mechanism. I think mine is only working from the
drivers side, and maybe sometimes from the passenger side. Not sure
how to go about testing it, besides trying both door locks and the IR
remote (which may themselves be busted).

Of course, no gaurentees that the pumps from the Junkyard are working
condition either.
