I've done this same conversion - Ingo is correct. Boothe Designs makes
some really nice aftermarket ball seat lug nuts that will work for our
cars.

I bought 20 of their polished stainless nuts plus their soft socket. I
never used them because they sit too low inside my HRE wheels (can't
see them). Make me a decent offer and they're all yours.
