Sorry for the late input, was off on a business trip.
I'd support Richard on these choices. I even had the Redline MT-90
"rescue" synchros in my 200Q in which I stupidly added Mobil 1 (GL5)
to for about 2 years. They now work fine for normal street driving, but the
sychros are a little slow for very hard charging. Considering I thought I
toasted the tranny, I'd say MT-90 became, in effect synchro fix in a
bottle.
