[s-cars] Fuel leak

This is the exact spot mine leaked. It was a rusted fuel line, right at
one of the hangers. This is a common problem as water and salt gets
trapped in the rubber hanger and corrodes the line.

The best fix is to replace the whole fuel line, but its expensive as the
lines are only available as a set, supply, return and evap.

I did the cheap fix and cut out the rusty bit and spliced in a rubber
line with clamps. Its been holding fine for about 3 months now. The
other lines don't look that great, so I plan to replace all of them
before next winter.
