Bob, having been tracking one fairly frequently lately in lieu of my Audi,
How about a volcanic mica red Mazda Rx8?  She should be ok till it snows
:-)  Contrary to external first impression, it will, somewhat surprisingly,
fit four regular sized people in it, and can be had I think for a reasonable
price, especially if you're willing to consider slightly used.

Unfortunately the MazdaSpeed6 has been delayed till this fall, otherwise one
of the larger Subaru's (mit der turbo option) ought to be a candidate.  If a
slightly higher degree of sophistication, (I know, this is like hauling coal
to Newcastle or selling refrigerators to Eskimos for W By dam'n Virginia)
luxury, and plushness etc. (think double wide) is desired, I think the
Infiniti/Nissan G35x could be a contenda.
