Larry,
In checking the bentley troubleshooting procedure it seems to suggest that I
should be probing for continuity to ground where the wiring diagrams clearly
indicate that it is going to +12V...I am getting some confusing
readings...any ideas? Thanks!

One should consider the turn signal stalk with all of the
CC switches. Easier to get to, and another likely point
of failure. Also consider the wiring connectors to the
pedal switches.
