[s-cars] First track day for es2

Chris,
 At this point its just a track car. Its way to loud and stiff for a  daily 
driver but I would like to register it at some point so that I don't have  to 
trailor it everywhere. Still just have the Canada title so I'll have to  
register it there and drive it here to do it legally.
