[s-cars] Some info for those wanting to swap to a B5 S4 6-speed

Um, I thought the latching mechanism was actually in the reel...at 
least it is for the later model cars (A6/S6).

And the interesting thing is that if you hold a reel any way but 
in its proper orientation, it locks. I thought I had gotten a 
defective reel when I replaced the driver's seatbelt on my 
S6...but nope, once it was properly oriented, it spooled fine.


I thought this was a tensioner that simply snugged up the belt, 
taking the slack out during the early stages of an accident, much 
like the explosive Procon-10 (if memory serves) in the later 
cars.
